Kingston Upon-Thames
A former industrial site in the heart of Kingston-upon-Thames in close proximity to the Train station and with excellent access into Central London.
The site has existing planning consent for a mixed-use, residential led development, which CoCity is currently seeking to enhance so as to deliver an increase in much needed housing within the Borough and provide its unique community-centred flexible living model to the area, delivering both quality and affordability.
Haggerston
A prime London Zone 2 commercial site on The Regent’s Canal with existing planning consent for 38,169 sq ft of grade A office.
CoCity is seeking to enhance planning to deliver a best-in-class Life Science and Technology Centre to serve London and further add to the Capitals status as a forerunner in this sector. These centres of excellence focus on supporting innovation and industry within the sectors of STEM, whilst promoting live-work-play lifestyles.
Bringing creativity, connectivity and community together through regenerative mixed-use real estate developments. They are embedded within vibrant local communities and work together in harmony to create greater social and economic gain.
This site would focus on Life Science, Technology, supporting Hackney’s local history and vision for the future, including Life Science Labs, Makerspaces, Studios, Innovation Centres and Education Facilities.
Aberdeen
A former oil HQ based in Aberdeen which has laid empty for the past 3 years. CoCity has sought to reimagine its use, repurpose and regenerate this prominent site for the good of the local community.
Focusing on the needs of the community and the local councils targets for net zero carbon emissions, which includes supporting the increased use of electric vehicles in the region. CoCity plans to create the North-East of Scotland’s largest EV charging hub on the site, bringing a mix of 26 DC fast-charge and AC standard-charging stations to Aberdeen.
The hub will be supported by a mix of small industrial units, ideal for smaller, local businesses, and drive-thru restaurants, creating a circular economy and supporting the local communities.
Guildford
A prominent building in Guildford Town Centre, this tired building will be regenerated to become a vibrant and welcoming home to local businesses.
CoCity is transforming this building into a modern, energy efficient centre for business, which is an important element of its ‘Live, Work, Play’ model of regenerative real estate supporting local communities and feeding their economies.
